Keeping it true
Every lesson, question, drill, call entry and certificate carries its release, source document and version, claim colours, owner role and last review. A release is any of: a new version of Dom's feature document; a Holly change confirmed by Alex or Dom; a price or commercial rule change; a decision cleared; a change in LinkedIn's terms or a regulator's rules that touches a claim. The academy owner writes the release note: what changed, what we can now say, what we must stop saying, affected items, the delta quiz.
Volatile courses update first: COM 102 and 102P; HOL; FND 103; COM 101; HOL 202; MTH 206 and 207; CUS 101; then segment lessons. Stable material is reviewed quarterly. Delta recertification (recommendation): internal holders within 14 days; partners within 30 days or the referral link pauses. A changed prohibited claim must be answered at 100%. Highest version wins; superseded pages are archived, never deleted. How lesson versions are kept is a question for Alex.
Decision triggers: every lesson, question and drill is tagged with the decisions it depends on (D1 to D31, see the decisions register), and when one clears, its items are updated before anyone teaches the new position. The heaviest tags at launch: D1 (COM 102 M2, Drill 26, FND 103 M4, FND 104 M2, COM 202 M2, PAR 102, HOL 202, CUS 101 M5, claims bank); D8 (HOL 102 M2, CUS 101 M3, Drill 27, CSM 201); D18 (COM 101 M2, CSM 203, Drill 36); D13, D12, D10, D2 and D15 (FND 100 to 103, COM 101, claims bank); D4 and D31 (CSM). The site flags every tagged item when its decision clears.
