Build plan, owners and sign-off

Sales team2 min read

Plan (internal targets from the day the founders say go; never given to anyone outside). Phase 0, week 0, soft launch with no site: the claims exam as a form, Drills 10, 12 and 26 over a video call with Alex and John Cooper sitting them, and an interim partner claims quiz before any partner gets a link (D26). Phase 1, weeks 1 to 4, safety layer: skeleton, sign-in and roles; FND 100 to 103; HOL 101, 102; COM 101, 102, 102P; PAR 101 to 103; partner certificate; HOL 202 gate. Phase 2, weeks 5 to 10, selling layer: FND 104, 105; HOL 201 to 203; MTH 101 to 209; SEG 101, 201, 202; COM 201, 202; PRC 101 to 202; drill gym, buyer cards, seeded call library; Seller Certificate. Phase 3, weeks 11 to 16: CUS 101; CSM and its certificate; SEG 203 to 206; MTH 301; COM 301; Advanced certificate; SSP with the public certificate after legal sign-off; library page.

Content owners (recommendation, pending, to be recorded under D26). Each course's owner role approves its lessons before publication. Academy owner: John Cooper (site, release notes, "report a problem" answered within two working days, assessor approvals, metrics). Product truth: Dom Watts supplies facts per release, with no weekly duties; the academy owner writes. Commercial: Alex (rules) and John Cooper (lessons). Method and practice (MTH, SEG, PRC, drill gym, call library): John Cooper. Partners (PAR, COM 102P, partner certificate): the partner programme owner. Customer success (CSM, CUS 101): pending D31. Legal reviewer (legal and regulatory lessons, claims bank, certificate terms, privacy notice, recording consent and retention): Karl Foster. Lesson writer: the pack lead or a named writer, about 4 to 6 hours per hour of learning (untested estimate).

Rule

A lesson that states a legal or regulatory rule is published only after Karl Foster signs it off. At launch: FND 104 M3; COM 202; PAR 102; the compliance lessons in SEG 202 and SEG 206; SSP 101 M5 and M7; CUS 101 M5. The course record holds the date and the build will not publish without it.

Asks. Alex, one question at a time, starting with D26: platform and budget; public names; founders sitting the gates; the owners above; how lesson versions are kept. Dom Watts: release facts; the fictional demo workspace; D10; Auto-publish at launch. John Cooper: first learner; role-plays for the call library. Neil Flannery: certificate status in the partner register.
