GTM decisions register

Every pack chapter points here, by D-number, when it meets something undecided. This is for the founders only: it carries internal figures, risk assessments and unverified hearsay, and none of it may be copied into a sales, partner or public document. Nothing here is legal advice. The register recommends rather than asks: questions go to Alex one at a time in conversation, and each answer is recorded in the next version's change log. Until then the safe default stands everywhere.

Urgency: Now means before the soft launch to the founders' network (week of 19 October). Gate means settled before the first customer payment. Public means before the public launch. Later means by the date shown. Status for every entry below is open unless stated; D8 is part decided.

Dependencies: D15 needs D14 (the "lower of" rule); D19's partner gate needs D26; D9 needs D1; D4 needs D17 and D30; D29 needs D18, D15 and D21, because the terms and pricing page carry them.
