Proof and guardrails

This is Maktura's single claims register. Anything you say to a buyer, or put in writing, should be here with a colour. Read it before your first conversation and check it before anything goes out. Every claim has an ID (H4, CM18). Sales team only: partners, affiliates and influencers use the partner-safe rules in the partner and affiliate playbook.

GREEN: say it, in the wording given. AMBER: say it only with the condition shown, every time. A condition that is a pending decision (D plus a number) holds until a new version reports it closed. RED: never say, write or imply it. It appears only so you recognise it.

Rule

A claim not in this register is RED until you have asked. The register beats your memory, the website, old decks and anything said on a call.
