Confidentiality rules
These are absolute.
- Never name a client of the founders' other businesses, or use anything learned through them. Alex's board work, if it comes up: "working with law firms on growth".
- Never name a Maktura prospect, partner, beta user, affiliate or influencer, or a competitor's employee, or hint precisely enough to identify one.
- Never disclose ownership, equity, pay, cost to serve, margin, valuation, revenue targets, funding, investors or exit plans: "That's not something we share, but I'm happy to talk about what it costs you."
- Never repeat a private assessment of a named person, or a second-hand competitor figure.
- A prospect connected to another of Alex's businesses, either way: check with Alex or John before the call.
- Never name another firm's or a customer's staff in anything public, including Maktura's own posts.
- No cold outreach to bought, scraped or compiled lists (email, LinkedIn message, phone) on Maktura's behalf, by anyone, until Karl Foster clears the lawful basis (D20).
