Evidence behind the design

Grades: Strong, Mixed, Weak, Vendor data, Debunked, Unverified. Knowledge and adaptiveness drive sales performance and role ambiguity drags it (Verbeke, Dietz and Verwaal, 2011; Strong), so foundations come first and every stage has an owner and exit criteria. Forgetting ranges from about 0% to 94% with how people learn, and retrieval practice and spacing cut it (Thalheimer, 2010; Cepeda and colleagues, 2006; Strong), so every lesson has a check, every course an assessment, refreshers come at about 7, 30 and 90 days, and certificates expire after a year. "84% of sales training is forgotten within 90 days" has no primary study (Debunked): banned, and the true version is taught. Gating new sellers on consecutive practice passes, 10 to 15 item rubrics and one coaching skill at a time rest on Roberge at HubSpot (Weak to mixed). Public certificate rules (10 to 15 questions, three attempts then a wait, no answers on failure, one-year expiry) follow Google, HubSpot and Semrush describing themselves (Weak), so we borrow no pipeline figure. A curated, stage-indexed call library replaces random shadowing (Gong case studies; Vendor data), with no uplift figure.
