Holly claims rules

Sales team2 min read

GREEN. The five confirmed points above. "You decide what Holly can do on its own." "We recommend a person approves every LinkedIn post." Holly is in every licence; the software is all in. Holly identifies itself as AI inside the product; set up as we recommend, posts are drafted by AI and approved by a person. Every action is logged. Per-person voices and pre-publish checks reduce generic output. It runs on Claude (only if asked, D23).

AMBER.

Claim Caveat
Holly explains what it did Hold until Dom confirms (D10). Use "Sounds like you. Asks before it acts. Explains what it did." without its last clause until then
What each autonomy level does "Designed to"; exact behaviour to confirm with Dom
Auto-publish The top level customers can choose; do not demo until confirmed live
Levels set surface by surface Confirm with Dom; say "per person"
Warmth scores on a customer's own engagement, in their own workspace (never in a demo) Never written as "leads", "prospects" or "candidates"

RED, never say.

  • "Nothing ever publishes without approval", or "a person approves every post" as a fact about the product rather than our recommendation.
  • That Holly replaces people, a marketing team or a job, or "stop hiring humans".
  • That output is undetectable, invisible to AI detection, or "beats the algorithm".
  • That posts carry a watermark, fingerprint or disclosure feature.
  • "Holly tells you what to say next" or "a suggested next line".
  • That Holly replies, likes, comments, connects or messages for you.
  • That Holly finds leads or candidates from engagement, pushes anyone to a CRM, or tracks who engages with other people's posts.
  • That Holly makes images or video, writes emails or blogs, works in other languages, runs on a phone, takes voice input, or has an avatar.
  • That Holly saves money, has proven ROI or produced revenue for anyone; any savings figure from the G2 survey.
  • That Maktura's own posts are all human-approved, or any claim about our own practice you have not been given.
  • The 95% figure, any internal tester's reaction, or any count of agents, models or operations.
  • Any date for anything Holly will do.
  • "Official APIs only" or "never scrapes".
  • Any security certification.
