Why Holly matters

Sales team2 min read

Every social tool your buyer has tried asks them to do the work, so it sits unused. With Holly the buyer says what they want and judges what comes back. That changes the buyer's question from "will my team learn this?" to "can I trust it?". Most of this playbook answers the second question. Optional, with a sceptic: "We watched our own team and testers ignore our first attempt, so we rebuilt it around how people actually work." (The earlier accept-or-decline engine was ignored.)

Evidence you may say. G2 is a software review vendor: say so every time (vendor data).

Say

"A G2 survey of 1,035 software buyers in 2025 found that 47% of businesses using AI agents run them with guardrails, and only 8% give them full autonomy. G2 is a software review vendor, so treat it as their data, but it's why Holly starts cautious."

Optional second line: "The same survey found only 48% trust vendors' claims about their agents, which is why I'd rather show you than tell you." The finding that human-gated agents were about twice as likely to reach large cost savings may be said only with the condition on Proof and guardrails S10. Never quote a savings figure or imply Holly saves money.

Also quotable, source said aloud: LinkedIn launched a "seems like AI slop" report button on 30 July 2026; over a million members used it within about three weeks, and flagged content sees roughly 40% fewer views (press reports of LinkedIn's figures). LinkedIn says refining your own words with AI is fine. Use it to explain why voice and approval matter, never to claim Holly avoids detection. For law firms: the SRA warning notice on generative AI (August 2026) says solicitors remain accountable for AI output; approvals and the activity log show a firm stayed accountable.

For your understanding only, never quote. Never sell Holly as "it writes posts" (drafting is a commodity): sell voice, rules, workflow and judgement. "Replace your people" backfires, and inflated claims end companies. Recommend one starting level, not a menu, and say "reversible" every time.
