Internal FAQ and owners
- The 95% figure. The founders expect most users (Alex's figure: 95%) to spend most of their time in Holly. An expectation, not a measurement. Internal only.
- Can Holly do everything in Dom's document? Almost anything. Test before you show it, and if it cannot, do it on screen: "Quicker to do this one by hand."
- "Raises a ticket". Holly spots faults and raises them with our team. Do not describe the mechanism or imply it fixes faults itself.
- Usage limits. Say you will confirm, and ask John Cooper. Never discuss cost to serve, run cost or margin outside the founders.
- Someone wants Auto-publish on LinkedIn. Do not refuse: it is their decision, per person. You recommend a person approves every post. Until Dom confirms it is live, do not set it up or demo it; refer to John Cooper.
- The mascot. The kinkajou mascot has been referred to internally by the product's name. Public use is held back: do not mention or show it.
