Course 04 · Lesson 10 of 12
Holly by segment
- Recruitment agencies (10 to 50 consultants). Twenty consultants who know they should post and don't. Morning list, drafting in each voice, the manager's view of who has nothing scheduled. Suggest by default, approvals on for new starters and anyone posting about clients. Paiger also drafts in each consultant's voice, so win on whole-firm governance, Watch, and Holly doing the work end to end. Never sell engagement as a candidate or lead source.
- Law firms. Partners who won't post because of risk and time. Observe-first demo, then a draft from a ruling. Say the SRA point plainly. No targeting members of the public from engagement. The recommended route is a paid, scoped pilot at the published price (D17), offered only by Alex or John Cooper.
- Consultancy and accountancy. Drafting from a news story or topic in the partner's voice. Suggest for consultancy, Observe for accountancy (D8). Partner time at their own charge-out rate, labelled an illustration. Meetings to posts never with real client material.
- Marketing agencies and freelancers. A workspace per client, client sign-off by link. PDF and scheduled reports AMBER until D1. No white labelling, reselling or published agency price: "Talk to a human and we'll build something around the way you actually work."
- Owner-led, 2 to 25. "Plan my posts for next week, show me before you schedule anything." Suggest.
- 50 plus and regulated teams. Governance and the Observe-first demo. FCA-regulated: financial promotions still need the firm's own approval. Security questions to Karl Foster. Considered deals (see Sales method).
