Days 3 to 14: activation
An account is activated (a hypothesis; use it word for word) when, by day 14 after payment: every paid seat that has been invited has LinkedIn connected; at least one voice is built; at least 5 posts have been approved; at least one feature beyond scheduling has been used; and, for accounts with 3 or more seats, a second seat has an approved post. Internal planning target: 40% per weekly cohort, never said to a customer.
Day-7 check (15 minutes).
Say"Last week we said by the end of week two, [first success]. Where are we? Who's connected and who isn't? Has anyone said the drafts don't sound like them?"
Fix one thing on the call: not connected, resend the link; "doesn't sound like me", rebuild that voice; drafts stuck in approvals, agree a fixed approval time; "it's too big", ask Holly.
Day-14 review (30 minutes). First success hit: say so, set up the habit plan, ask who else would want this, do not push seats yet. Partly there: name the one gap, agree one fix with a date. Stalled: tell the pack lead the same day.
Say (stalled)"Can I be straight with you? Two weeks in, this hasn't got going. Sometimes that's not the software, it's that nobody had twenty minutes in a busy week. What would it take to get [first success] done in the next seven days? And has anything about the product put people off?"
Email sequence (light path and accounts that skip calls; timings PENDING D31). Short plain emails from your own address: day 1 a seat not connected (resend the link, no password changes hands); day 3 no voice or draft (the five-minute voice interview, then ask Holly for three posts); day 7 (who has posted, has anything not sounded like them); day 14 ("If something's stopped you, tell me what it was"); day 21 ("is Maktura working for you yet?"). No reply by day 21: mark the account amber and tell the pack lead. Never more than one chaser a week, and never about what they have not done.
