Case study capture

We have no paying customers and no external references. Among small law firms, 76% found technology through colleagues or competitors (SRA small firms technology report, June 2025; may be quoted, source said aloud). Ask only when value is proven in the customer's own words, usually day 90; never before day 60; never from an amber or red account.

Say

"You said earlier that [their words]. Would you be open to us telling that story, with your name on it? You'd approve every word first, and you can say no to any part."

Rule. Written consent before anything is used: email is fine, a verbal yes is not. Separate consent for the firm's name, logo, the person's name and photo, each quote and each channel. The customer approves the final wording and can withdraw. Law firms often need their compliance lead or managing partner: ask who first. Never name a customer anywhere, internal documents included, until consent exists.

May contain (true and consented): posting cadence before and after from their reports; time saved as their own labelled estimate; how approvals and rules work for them; their own quotes; features used. May not contain: revenue, fees, placements or leads attributed to Maktura; named engagers or anything implying lead lists; unsubstantiated figures; quotes we wrote; AMBER or RED features. Anything unusual goes past Karl Foster first.
