Not quoted until decided: commission and referral rewards (D19), discount codes (D16), money-back guarantee (D21), design partner terms (D4), paid pilot shape (D17), band edge cases (D15), Standard steps and its monthly or annual basis (D14), one open band for all sectors (D30).

  • Contract shape (D18). The rolling initial period; whether the twelve-month agreement renews automatically or after a conversation (no automatic renewals); the missed-payment window. Terms with founding-rate, anti-gaming, forfeiture and fair-use wording must exist before the first payment.
  • Standard as anchor (D28, D29). Scripts give £250 Standard only when asked, until Alex confirms in writing that £250 will genuinely be charged to new customers from 1 January 2027. If not, the answer-when-asked line and the template's Standard line come out too.
  • Band rules. Before launch, publish when a seat counts against a band and whether cancelled seats return to it; settle who reads the live counter.
  • Company pages. Only after Dom confirms may the £50 line be quoted, and only when asked. If Alex ever waives it, "everyone in your band pays the same" must become "the same price per person".
  • Taking money (D29). Billing must never reprice an existing subscription when a band fills; checkout end to end was unfinished as at 8 October. Until John confirms, nobody says "you can buy it on the site".
  • Recruitment anchor. The old line "£120 to £200 per user a month is normal for recruitment software" is Alex's market read, not a survey. Left out.
