Social campaign hooks (sincere register only)

Sales team1 min read

Public hooks must be sector neutral and pass the pre-send check in Proof and guardrails. A statistic carries its source; never name the advocacy vendor in a post. Never pair a hook with a date, a seat count or a "don't fall behind" line. Holly hooks are organic only: no paid promotion on the name until D11 clears.

  • "The damage doesn't show up when you stop posting. It shows up three months later, and by then you've decided it's the market."
  • "Work got busy. Posting stopped. Nothing broke. That's exactly the problem."
  • "You told your team to post more. It lasted a fortnight. It wasn't your team. It was the method."
  • "Your firm has twenty networks. It uses one."
  • "I'd rather you posted nothing than posted something that sounds like everybody else."
  • "The problem with AI writing isn't that it's bad. It's that it's average, and average in public is worse than silent."
  • "LinkedIn added a button for reporting AI slop. The answer isn't less AI. It's more you."
  • "Impressions up twelve per cent isn't a result. It's an apology with a graph attached."
  • "The mandate failed. Twenty good people, a fortnight, done. That failure is the whole product." / "We built it because we needed it."

Retired hooks: anything about likes as named people, competitors' engagers, reports "with names on", "attention is a fixed pot", or "got annoyed enough to build it".
