The argument, in one paragraph

Sales team1 min read

Every business has an audience it isn't converting. The reason isn't effort or talent. It's friction: a blank page, no time, it doesn't sound like you, a worry about what's allowed, nobody knowing who engaged. Each one is trivial. Together they're why the posting stops, why the team never starts, and why enquiries quietly dry up three months later without anyone connecting the two. Maktura removes the frictions so the whole team stays visible, in their own voices, inside the firm's rules, with Holly doing the routine work.

The commercial frame, when the conversation drifts to cost: "This is revenue you could be generating and are currently throwing away." Never "already generating": we don't know what they're generating, and neither do they.

Evidence (say the source each time): about 6.5% of employees share content on LinkedIn, across 19,727 companies (8.8% in staffing and recruiting, 8.5% in consulting); personal posts earned about 9.2 times the engagement of reshared corporate content in one study of 517,000 posts. Both from an employee advocacy software vendor, 2026 (vendor data; also a competitor: never name in social or marketing copy). Say aloud: "That's from DSMN8, who sell employee advocacy software, so it's their own data and they have an interest in it. Take it as a pointer, not gospel." In anything written, say "an employee advocacy software vendor's 2026 study".
