Until Alex decides D3, the rule from 24 July stands: no demo without a signed NDA, unless John Cooper waives it for that prospect in writing (an email is enough). Ask John when you book, not on the day. No waiver and no signature means no screen share: run discovery and book the demo. The pack lead recommends dropping the rule for the live build, because anyone will be able to buy Maktura and see every screen once checkout is live (D29).

Open items: no self-serve demo assets exist yet (fictional demo workspace built by Dom Watts and checked by John Cooper; recorded 3-minute Holly demo; interactive tour; segment cut-downs).
