Only when a question asks for it; two minutes each at most.

  • Trust ladder (regulated buyer, "Can I control what it does?"): show a person's level and one demo person on Observe (Test first). Say: "You decide how much Holly does on its own, person by person. We recommend regulated firms start at Observe, where Holly is designed to watch and show you what it would do. Moving up is your choice, and you can move back." Do not demo Auto-publish or say Holly "explains what it did" (D10). "Every action is logged" is fine.
  • Watch (Q7 produced names): add a watched subject; show what moved, risk level, 30-day trend. Do not quote alert figures or multipliers (D12): "Treat the numbers as direction for now." Remove the subject in the reset.
  • Ideas from meetings: a demo calendar with fictional meetings only. "Maktura suggests posts from what was actually said, and you can delete transcripts any time." Never connect a real calendar.
  • Workspaces and client sign-off (anyone managing clients): "Your client approves by link without logging in, and nothing goes out until your own approver agrees too." No white labelling or agency price: "Talk to a human and we'll build something around the way you actually work."
  • Compliance oversight (law, financial services, any compliance owner): a fictional policy turned into rules; risks by severity. For law: "The SRA's warning notice on offensive communications expects firms to assess social media risk and consider a policy, and its generative AI notice of August 2026 says solicitors stay accountable for AI output. That's why a person approves." Never say Maktura makes posts compliant, monitors staff outside Maktura, or holds any certification.
  • Also: test what works (marketers); voices and learning controls (never a voice-match score); data rights (hosting or security gets "I'll get you a written answer from our legal team").
