The category label

Sales team1 min read

Label and qualifier, always together, always in these words: "a social media management and intelligence platform, built for one job: getting a whole team visible on LinkedIn, in their own voices, inside the firm's rules."

Rule

Use the label only in comparisons and listings (directories, forms, partner listings, fact sheets, "what kind of tool is it?"). Never as a headline, never without the qualifier. It is descriptive; we do not claim to have created a category.

Spoken explanation: "The intelligence part is the news, sector feeds and watched subjects that give your people something worth saying. It isn't enterprise social listening." The qualifier names LinkedIn, so we never imply other platforms (D13), and names our job.

Nobody reads the full positioning statements to a customer; they are the test every line must pass. The public version is sector neutral. The outbound version (UK professional firms of roughly 10 to 150 client-facing people) never goes on the front door. The statements set us against schedulers (publish what you have written), AI writers (do not know who you are or your rules) and advocacy tools (reshare the company's posts).
