Course 12A · Lesson 1 of 7
Where the programme stands (12 to 19 October 2026)
- Tracker (12 October). 29 entries (20 referrers, 2 affiliates, 6 potential clients, 1 target; 7 contacted). Demos booked, agreed, live and referral terms agreed or signed: all 0. Owner almost entirely Alex. One signed affiliate agreement is held outside the Knowledge Base and needs filing.
- Activation without paper. Affiliates were activated from 30 September without anyone confirming which agreement version each was on.
- The older agreement. Karl called it "a recipe for potential dispute" (9 September); its Word version had been used for DocuSign, so it may be signed. Karl's redraft (15 to 18 September) supports code-based attribution with no discount percentage set, and carried comments Alex had not reviewed as at 12 October. The agreement PDF header still carries the withdrawn "Sanity not vanity" tagline.
- Withdrawn. The June Referral Partner Brief and its script ("the name, role and company behind every like and comment... by the next morning"). Holders get the new playbook.
- Influencers. The 9 September idea of telling influencers there were "loads of people" on the platform is ruled out. The true lines are better: every affiliate approached said yes, several want to buy, and nobody has asked why they would want it.
RulePack lead decision (19 October): partners promoting since 30 September may continue under the playbook's rules; the certificate follows. The stricter reset (pause tracked-link promotion until each partner has signed the current agreement and passed the certificate) stays available if the version check finds a problem.
