What the pack is built on

The pack is built from one source of truth: Dom Watts's feature document of 15 October 2026, plus Holly as confirmed by Alex on 19 October 2026. It claims nothing beyond that. Holly is the centre of the product: an assistant that does the work while the customer keeps the judgement. The launch is told honestly: early customers get a better rate because they use Maktura early and help shape it, there will be rough edges, and they have a direct line to the team.

Two things outside the pack are current. Dom's feature document is the product truth. The published legal pack (DPA, privacy notice, terms) is never sent or summarised by you. Say "I'll get you our data processing terms and the current position in writing from our team", and John Cooper sends it once Karl Foster confirms the wording (D27). Anything older than this pack (decks, one pagers, the demo playbook, the referral partner brief) is history, not a source.
