If the product and a document disagree

Stop using the claim at once. Tell Dom Watts what you saw and John Cooper which document is wrong. Undecided items carry a D-number from the decisions register; use the safe wording the document gives until the decision lands. Always open the highest version of a document that exists. Battlecards are refreshed quarterly (next due January 2027); the claims register at every release.
