The proposal value card

Sales team1 min read

One page answering why buy at all, why from us, why now, in their words (Command of the Message; Hanan). Sections: where you are today (situation and pain, quoted); what it's costing (their words, their numbers); what you want instead (how they will know); what you need to get there (their capability list, GREEN features only); how we'll measure it (two or three measures from Maktura's reports: people posting each week, posts per person per week, this week against the previous 16 on the home page); proof (only what Proof and guardrails approves); our recommendation (one configuration, seat count and Holly level; the rest parked); the price (band open today, per seat, monthly and annual totals, approved contract wording); taking the risk off (onboarding booked, Suggest, a 30-day review, nothing rolls over without a conversation); next step (dated).

Example value line, labelled as an illustration: if the average permanent fee is about £12,000 and being visible helped three of eight consultants land one extra placement each in a year, that is £36,000 against £7,452 (nine seats at £69 for a year). "Your numbers, not our promise."

Rule

Label every illustration out loud and in writing. Never present it as a promise or claim Maktura caused revenue. Proof only from Proof and guardrails. No competitor named in writing.
